Update, as of March 11 2012

Just a lot of basketball of late. Dennis is coaching Finn's team. The season ended today. My kids have been busy with school. Here are some pictures that I've yet to post, starting with Christmas: dinner with Caver's family at their Golf Club; and getting our beautiful tree...yeah, Christmas. As usual, a little behind...

Following that are pics from my trip to San Francisco at the beginning of February. I took Elaine down and stayed for a few days. Aidan - Barb & Rusty's grandson - is the cutie baby. The adults with the gorgeous blond children are my friends Bob & Karen. They live not far from B&R also in SF.

The last picture is from a work field trip to one of our customer's plants. They said I could take pictures there and they give public tours, so I'm not giving away any industry secrets...

I watched a hit & run out of Barbara & Rusty's window (apparently the guy hit a total of 8 cars in the neighborhood). This was the damaged car being taken away a couple of days later.

A work activity...that's all I can say without fear of repercussion ;) Not really, this is a customer we serve.

Caver's 40th at Sam's

Caver's 40th birthday was January 13th, 2012. We celebrated on the 14th at Sam's Billiards with friends and family. I think Caver had fun.
There was a quiz - 20 questions about Caver - Monica (Caver's college roommate) and Pam (Caver's mother-in-law) tied for first place!!
Some pictures of the festivities below. Love you, Sister!!!

Krueger's Farm Pumpkin Patch with the Kids

Not being on the Facebook, I am catching up on some blogs I didn't do. I was using Facebook as my blog, of sorts. I like the blog better and am glad to put Facebook on hold for awhile. (:

Anyway, the boys & I went to the pumpkin patch with Lisa and her girls and Cade & Tucker in October. We rode the hayride and picked out pumpkins, gourds & apples. The pumpkins were quite picked over, as it was a Monday after a busy, sunny weekend in the Pacific Northwest. The weekend had miles of cars backup to actually reach the pumpkin patch so I still think we made the better choice. We got the experience and all teased that we could get pumpkins at Safeway. Love these pictures of all the kids!!

Thanksgiving Weekend 2010

Thanksgiving was a blast this year. Caver and her boys were out of the country. That would have made it perfect, if they were there...but, other than that, it was wonderful.

Lisa, Andy, Gray, & Ella came over. Uncle Sean came for awhile, at dessert time. He spent it with some friends, since his family was out of town. Yvette made an appearance as well. It was so great to see everyone.

Lisa brought her niece, Selena, who's the cutest thing ever. She's smart as she can be too!!

It was a lot of fun.
On Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, Ashe, Finn, & I went to the St. Johns Bridge, in North Portland. Finn's been fascinated by it for awhile and has been asking to go "check it out". Funny, because he was just there in October when we went over it on our way to the Pumpkin Patch. Anyway, I humored him and took them over it. We got out at the park underneath - Cathedral Park - and took a few pics. The boys wanted to hang out there, but it was wet and cold. I forced them to go home. God, it's a beautiful bridge, though...
